When you book a session, we collect: your name, email address, and phone number (via the booking system); your answers to the pre-session form, which may include personal stories and context you choose to share; and the recording of your session.

Your information is used solely to provide the service: scheduling the session, preparing the improvisation, delivering the recording, and communicating with you about your booking. The personal stories you share are treated as confidential and are used only to create your music.

To deliver the service we use trusted third-party processors: Cal.com (booking), Zoom (video calls), Google Forms (pre-session form), and our payment provider (payment processing). Each processes only the data necessary for its function.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal stories or recordings with third parties. Fragments of sessions appear in our portfolio or social media only with your explicit consent.

Recordings and form responses are stored securely and retained to provide you continued access to your recording. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by writing to sb@thepianoportrait.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and delete your data unless we are legally required to retain it.
