Refund Policy

You are entitled to a full refund (minus payment processing fees charged by the payment provider) or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer. Refund eligibility is determined by the originally booked session time.

The payment becomes non-refundable. The session may be rescheduled up to 2 times in total; the rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the originally booked date.

If you miss your booked session, we offer one free rebooking within 14 days.

As the service is a live personal performance delivered in full at the time of the session, completed sessions are not refundable. If you experience technical problems caused by us, or are dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered recording, we will offer a free repeat session. If you remain dissatisfied after the repeat session, we will refund 50% of the payment.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. To request a refund or reschedule, contact sb@thepianoportrait.com.
